On this page you will receive more detailed information about shipping, ship times, costs, methods of payment, and maximum amounts for orders.
New shipping costs as of 15.2.2010
Your order is shipped as an insured package directly from the Märklin central or spare parts warehouse; shipping is done by our logistics partner GLS, General Logistic Services.
Usually, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 work days for items in stock in the warehouse.
If you are also ordering spare parts in addition to standard warehouse items, the shipment must be processed at two different warehouse locations. This may lengthen the shipping time by one day from the time the order is placed.
In exceptional cases it may happen that an item may be out of stock in the warehouse although the system says it is available. You will be informed about this, and you will have to order the item again, when it is available again.
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the value of the order:

| For orders from 20.00 up to 100.00 Euros | 5.90 Euros |
| For orders below 20.00 Euros | 9.90 Euros |
| Members of the consumer clubs Märklin Insider, Trix- and LGB-Club receive all of their orders above 20.00 Euros with free shipping. | |
You can pay for Internet orders with different methods; for safety reasons there are certain maximum order amounts per order, depending on the method of payment:
- Credit Card
At the end of the order you give us your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard); your card account will not be charged until the order has been shipped. - Bank Debit / Bank Draft
At the end of the order you give us your account information; your account will not be debited until the order has been shipped. The maximum order value for orders paid by Bank Debit / Bank Draft is 500.00 Euros. This payment method is not valid for first orders (except club members). Debit is available 14 days after the first fulfilled and payed order. - COD / Cash on Delivery
You pay the invoice amount in cash to the delivery man, when you receive the order. This method of payment also includes an additional COD fee of 2.50 Euros.
The maximum order value for orders paid by COD / Cash on Delivery is 1000.00 Euros.
