Legal Guarantee

All products purchased from Märklin are covered by the statutory warranty. This protects you if an item is faulty at the time of delivery – for example, if it does not work as described or is damaged. Within the statutory period, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or – where provided for by law – a reduction in price or a refund of the purchase price.
