Metal-Train/W:O:A® Party Car

One-time series.

Prototype: Entertainment car operated by Euro-Express Sonderzüge GmbH & Co. KG. Special adhesive covering as a party car for the W:O:A® as the prototype looked during this year’s Metal-Train journey. The car looks as it currently does in 2026.

Model: This entertainment car is inspired by the type WGmh party car operated by Euro-Express Sonderzüge GmbH & Co. KG. It features a special paint scheme for the journey by the Metal-Train to the Wacken Open Air music festival. The car is fitted with an mfx digital decoder. Appropriate sound functions can be downloaded via QR code to a Micro SD card (not included). The sound file, the conversion program, and the necessary instructions are available to download from the Märklin homepage. It also has factory-installed interior lighting that can be controlled digitally. The bar lighting is digitally controllable. The interior and bar lighting use warm-white LEDs. The current-conducting couplers can be controlled digitally (see the operating instructions). Music and sounds can be played back using the corresponding function keys. Music and sounds can be changed and/or added to suit individual preferences. The loudspeaker ensures optimum sound quality. The volume can be adjusted. Seven metalhead figures are fitted inside the party car. Length over buffers approximately 28.2 cm / 11-3/32".
